i4cp ReBrand

Making HR Research Sexy-ish

Brand is so much more than just your visual communications, but that piece of the puzzle is critical to being easily recognized and building trust. Without consistent visual brand design, messages can get diluted and customers spend time—they don’t have—trying to figure out who you are and what you stand for.

At i4cp (Institute for Corporate Productivity), a company that produces “world-class [human capital] research, resources, benchmarks, and communities” for Fortune 1000+ organizations, I led creative strategy for all non-research related visual communications.

Partnering with executive stakeholders and the Senior Research Designer, I created collateral to support the rollout of research materials, general service offerings and community groups, sales enablement presentations, ad and email campaigns, and event branding for regular on-site and virtual meetings.

Within my first year, I successfully implemented a rebrand/update. This included producing style guide documents and training tools, as well as designing key templates—allowing sales and support teams be on-brand without time-consuming customizations as the company underwent unprecedented growth.
